Order refunds
- If an order is rejected by the provider, the full charge is returned to your balance automatically.
- For partial delivery, the undelivered portion is refunded proportionally to your balance.
- Balance refunds are credited to your panel balance, not to your original payment method.
Deposits
- Crypto deposits are credited after on-chain confirmation. Deposits are non-reversible once credited.
- If you send an unsupported token or use the wrong network, recovery may not be possible.
Disputes
Open a support ticket from the order page if you believe an order was not delivered as described.
