1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
We provide social media marketing services ("SMM") that are fulfilled through third-party providers. Delivery times, quality and availability depend on those providers and the target platforms.
3. Accounts & balances
- Funds added to your balance are used to pay for orders. Balances are denominated in USD.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys secure.
4. Orders
- Prices are shown before you confirm an order. The charge is deducted from your balance when the order is placed.
- Some services support partial delivery; in that case unfilled quantity is refunded to your balance.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for illegal content, to violate any platform's terms, or to target accounts without authorization.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
