How long until my order starts and completes?

Most orders start within minutes and complete within the estimated time shown on the service. Speed depends on the platform and the quantity ordered.

What is the refill policy?

Eligible services include a refill window shown on the order. If the count drops within that window, request a refill from "My orders".

Can I cancel an order?

Orders that haven't started can often be canceled from "My orders". Once delivery has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

My deposit hasn't been credited — what should I do?

Deposits are credited automatically after on-chain confirmation. If you sent on the wrong network or it hasn't appeared, use "Report deposit" on the Deposit page.

The count dropped after delivery — what now?

We verify drops against the order's recorded start count and remaining count. If you're within the refill window, request a refill; otherwise open a request with the order attached.

How do I contact support?

Open a request from the Support page. Attaching the related order helps us resolve it faster.
